Chocolate souffle
Ingridients:
115 g. butter
170 g. dark chocolate
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
50 g. sugar
15 g. flour
2 g. salt

Pocedures:
1. Melt the butter with the chocolate on a water bath.
2. Preheat the oven on 220 degrees celsium with fan.
3. With a mixer mix the eggs, the egg yolks, the sugar, the flour and the salt.
4. Add the melted butter with the chocolate.
5. Phepare the metal bowls smeared with butter and powdered with cocoa.
6. Distribute the mixture in the bowls and bake for 7 min.
7. When ready take out the bowls, rest for 1 min. and flip on a plate.

TIP: Serve with vanilla ice cream and tropical fruits for more flavour !
Cheese basket with fresh salad and lemon
Products:
100 g. cheese
50 g. fresh salad
1 pcs lemon
black pepper and salt for seasoning the cheese / depending on the cheese; if the cheese is too salty do not add salt /

Procedure:
1. Grate the cheese.
2. Heat a non-stick pan and spread the cheese.
3. After it is melted take a water glass, turn the glass and place the melted cheese.
4. Wait until the cheese gets cold.
5. Wash and dry fresh salad.
6. Take out the cheese basket and place the fresh salad inside it.
7. Season with some lemon.

Quick egg breakfast
Products:
6 whole eggs
1 pcs red pepper
1 pcs green pepper
150 g. ham
150 g. cheese
black pepper and salt for seasoning

Procedures:
1. Preheat the oven on 200 degrees celsium.
2. Cut the two types of pepper and the ham in small cubes.
3. Grate the cheese.
4. In a bowl, mix the eggs, the peppers, the ham and the cheese.
5. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Grease a metal muffin tray with a lottle bit of sunflower oil, and distribute the mixture.
7. Bake for 6 min.
No need to leave them to rest, they are ready to eat !
